The Ball Mastery program is designed to encourage creativity and build self-confidence on the ball. Training targets specific skills in a pressure free environment allowing players to learn through trial and error. The program will encourage players to work with the ball to the point where it feels comfortable and instinctive.

Speed and Agility
The Speed & Agility program assesses individual movement mechanics in order to identify specific abilities to improve. The program will help athletes become quicker, faster, stronger, more powerful, and more coordinated in an innovative and fun manner designed for maximum benefits.
Goalkeeping sessions provide players with the position specific technical and tactical skills required to excel as a goalkeeper. The sessions will focus on the fundamentals of handling, positioning, distribution, diving, breakaways and goalkeeper specific footwork and fitness.
Life Kinetics is a fun exercise program based on motion to enhance mental capabilities. Life Kinetic training forces all brain areas to actively take part and master movement challenges, creating new connections in our brain. The training works by simultaneously combining exercises of different movement patterns, visual tasks and cognitive elements.
Benefits of the program include: children are more creative, students can concentrate much better, athletes’ conceptions and movements and more efficient, professionals become more stress resistant and many others.
