Tiny Tots Program
U5/6
FOR PLAYERS BORN 2014, 2015
The Tiny Tots program focuses on the FUNdamentals of soccer. U5/U6 players are introduced to the fundamentals of soccer in a fun and stimulating environment. The topics of the FUNdamentals include dribbling, passing, and control.
Minion Program
U7
FOR PLAYERS BORN 2013
The U7 Minions Program focus on introducing young players to the beautiful game through our custom designed Skills Acquisition Program. In this program players learn the basic techniques required to develop the skills they will use when they play soccer.

U8/9
FOR PLAYERS BORN 2014, 2015
The U9 Minions programs focus on introducing young players to the beautiful game through our custom designed, Ball Mastery, and Technical Programs. In this program players learn the basic techniques required to develop the skills they will use when they play soccer.
The Reserves
U11/13
FOR PLAYERS BORN 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010
The Reserves program emphasizes technical development while exposing players to other key elements (such as speed and pressure) required to develop as a soccer player. Technical sessions are the foundation of the Academy. The Reserves have the option of attending the Technical session only or the Technical as well as the Ball Mastery session
First Team
U15/17
FOR PLAYERS BORN 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006
The U15/U17 First Team programs emphasize technical development while exposing players to other key elements (such as speed and pressure) required to develop as a soccer player. Technical sessions are the foundation of the program focusing on dribbling, passing, control, shooting, attacking and defending. First Team players have the option of only attending the Technical session or the Technical and Scrimmage session; this is referred to as the “Technical +1” Membership
GoalKeepers
U9-17
FOR PLAYERS BORN 2002 – 2011
Goalkeeping sessions provide players with the position specific technical and tactical skills required to excel as a goalkeeper. The sessions will focus on the fundamentals of handling, positioning, distribution, diving, breakaways and goalkeeper specific footwork and fitness.
FOR PLAYERS BORN 2007 – 2013
All of our PD Day Camps have a fun and exciting theme for the day! Themes vary from learning how to shoot, learning how to score goals, skill development and competitions, as well as tournaments of small sided games!
