I wanted extra training before heading into u18 in the winter. I spoke with other players about additional training and they seemed to want the same but I couldn’t find it at club level. Eventually my mom heard about FSA and got me to enrol. I started in 2013 until 2017. With the help of FSA I was able to play at Mount Saint Vincent I was awarded Rookie Of The Year, Top Scorer, made it to Nationals and was given a spot on the All Canadian Team. My advice for young athletes is attitude is everything, 90% is what comes at you and 10% is how you react. It’s not all about skill its about attitude as well.
